Binge eating spurts. (No purges though) So now that I am officially 6 weeks postpartum, I can workout to my hearts content and I have begun!!! I’ve been on a grain-free diet for all of March and started the 30 day squat challenge yesterday. My son, Wesley, is now 6 weeks and 1 day old and he is my motivation!!! I do NOT want to look like some 30 year old frumpy mom. I am 19 and I will look GOOD.
